Anne Chmelewsky is a French composer and writer, currently based in London. She studied at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, and obtained a masters in composition at the Royal College of Music, as well as a masters in classics from UCL.

Stage and concert works highlights include her 2021 album of chamber music “Songs Without Words” was released with Sony Masterworks, and her suite of one-woman operettas, “The Looking Screen” and “Pygmalion 2.0” which has toured the U.K. and the Netherlands extensively.

Commercial work includes soundtracks for the 007 No Time to Die x Nokia campaign, and Apple’s shot-on-iPhone campaign “Le Peintre” (2021), for which she was nominated for a Music+Sound Award.

She has composed scores for various film and television projects, including Amma Asante's "Where Hands Touch” (2018)—for which she was nominated for the World Soundtrack Awards Discovery of the Year—Catherine Hardwicke’s “Dreams in the Witchhouse” for Guillermo del Toro's anthology “Cabinet of Curiosities” (Netflix, 2022), Iain Softley's "The Shepherd" (Disney+, 2023), the Scandinavian Disney+ series “To Cook a Bear” (2025) for which she was nominated for a Riagalan award in Sweden, and BBC1’s “The Other Bennet Sister” (2026)
