WSA Industry Packages
The WSA Industry Packages are the best way for professionals and composers to experience the WSA Film Music Days to the fullest. By purchasing a package, you not only get access to all the Talks & Masterclasses and concerts on the days you attend, but also the exclusive network events. Depening on availabilities and your preferences, these packages can include accomodation and transportation from and to the airport or railway station.
The programme of the 2025 WSA Film Music Days will be announced in September, but you can already reserve your seat now through the form linked below. WSAcademy members receive 100 EUR discount.
How to purchase your package
- Go to your MyFFG account, or create a new account here - make sure to select 'professional'.
- Go to the tab 'WSA Industry Packages for WSA Members' or 'WSA Industry Packages for non-WSA Members' and complete the registration form. At the moment, only Members can register.
- Follow the payment link to complete your registration.
WSAcademy Members receive a discount and will find more information in the tab 'WSA Industry Packages for WSA Members'.
Please note that places are limited and that Film Fest Gent reserves the right to decline applications.

Tickest for the concerts on the days you attend through the purchase of a package, like the 25th World Soundtrack Awards Concert & Ceremony and the concert Minimalism in Motion: Glass, Nyman and Beyond
VIP access to the networking events on the days you attend through the purchase of a package (receptions and matchmaking events with the WSAcademy, international professionals, central guests and nominees)
If requested: transportation to and from Brussels Airport, Lille Railway Station or Brussels South Railway Station
If requested: accommodation in one of the high-class official festival hotels
