Organised by Film Fest Gent, the WSA Film Music Days celebrate music composed for screen through several live performances. Purchase your tickets for the WSA Ceremony & Concert. Tickets for the thematic concert will be on sale from April onwards.

Tickets Talks & Masterclasses
The WSA Talks & Masterclasses, organised during the annual Film Music Days, are the ideal opportunity to be part of inspiring discussions and to meet colleagues in the field. Discover the 2025 programme here.
Directions & Accessibility
All the activities during the Film Music Days take place in the city centre of Gent and are easily accessible by bike, foot, public transport or car. The Talks & Masterclasses will be held in Kinepolis Gent, and the WSA Ceremony & Concert and James Horner Tribute Concert in Muziekcentrum de Bijloke. Most of the festival locations are accessible for visitors who use a wheelchair.
WSA Industry Packages
With the WSA Industry Packages Film Fest Gent offers film music industry professionals the opportunity to participate to the WSA Film Music Days in Ghent as a VIP. Packages include acces to all the concerts and talks in the programme and can include accommodation in one of the festival hotels and transportation. WSAcademy Members receive a discount.
UiTPAS
UITPAS Gent is a digital card for everyone who participates in all kinds of leisure activities in Ghent. You're able to save points which you exchange for a discount, gift or another advantage. You can also save points at Film Fest Gent, but this card does not offer a discount.
Residents of Ghent who are eligible for increased compensation or who are in debt mediation can purchase an UiTPAS with "kansentarief", a very favourable rate. This means that a ticket costs 80% of the standard price. You can book a ticket at this rate via tickets@filmfestival.be or purchase it at the ticket counters (with your UiTPAS number). You cannot buy the UiTPAS from us, but you can buy it at various sales points in Ghent. You can find all locations on uitin.gent.be.
