WSA Film Music Days - Workshop with music editor & engineer Mark Willsher

In the KASK studios, Grammy-winning music editor Mark Willsher dissects the creative-technical process behind his work on The Lord of the Rings franchise and the animation film Ultraman: Rising.

Mark Willsher is equally at home as producer, engineer, mixer, and supervising music editor. His recent projects include The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim, Netflix’s animated feature Ultraman: Rising, and the San Francisco Symphony’s recording of Kaija Saariaho’s Opera Adriana Mater for which, as mixing engineer, he won a Grammy Award for Best Opera Recording.
