A scholar from The National Film and Television School, her practice combines experimental textures with traditional instruments. Marina is currently a member of the Alliance for Women Film Composers. ‘At once holistic and individual, her techniques are drawn from sound manipulation and electro-acoustic music, as well as more contemporary digital sources... The industry is in need of such original and creative practitioners.’ Peter Howell, BBC Radiophonic Orchestra
