The WSAwards Industry Day (18 Oct) is an annual networking event where both young and established international film (music) professionals can learn, debate and socialize.

This year’s programme is fully booked with masterclasses and panels covering a wide range of topics by numerous professionals from different fields in the film music industry. Take a look at the schedule of the WSA Industry Day (18 October, Vooruit, Gent):

Morning (9h – 12h):

  • Masterclass: What does an orchestrator actually do?
    by Matt Dunkley
  • Masterclass: Main title theme music and the art of building a show’s audio ID in a short amount of time
    by Dave Porter (Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, Preacher)

Lunch (12h – 13.30h):

Afternoon (13.30h – 17h):

  • Panel on career development
