
WSA Film Music Days: Composer's Talk Borislav Slavov
In early August, it was announced that the best-selling game on distribution platform Steam was Baldur's Gate III, a game set in the world of the popular role-playing game Dungeons & Dragons, developed by the Ghent-based Larian Studios, with music by Borislav Slavov. He also composed the score for Larian Studios' Divinity: Original Sin II and for Crysis 2, for which he collaborated with Hollywood composer Hans Zimmer.
Austin Wintory - Moderator
Composer Austin Wintory wrote music for one of the finest indie games of the 21st century: Journey. The adventure game caught the eye of fans and critics alike and earned him a Grammy nomination. He also wrote the score for Ubisoft’s blockbuster Assassin’s Creed Syndicate and Giant Squid Studios’ debut Abzû. Austin Wintory has also scored nearly 50 feature films, including Sundance hits Captain Abu Raed, and Grace.
