Patrick Duynslaegher

From 1972 to 2011, Patrick Duynslaegher was a film critic for Knack magazine, where he was editor-in-chief from 2001 to 2011. As a film critic he has published for international outlets, such as Sight & Sound, the International Film Guide, Variety and Vrij Nederland. From 2011 to 2018 he was programme director of Film Fest Ghent.Patrick Duynslaegher is also the author of four books, one on André Delvaux's 'Women in a Twilight Garden', a collection of reviews, an overview of 100 years of cinema in reviews and a critical study of the work of Martin Scorsese.
