26th WSA Ceremony & Concert
Tickets for the World Soundtrack Awards Ceremony & Concert on 10 October 2026 are now available. Celebrated composer Trevor Jones will receive the WSA Lifetime Achievement Award, and Icelandic Oscar-winning composer Hildur Guðnadóttir will attend as Guest Of Honour. Conducted by Dirk Brossé, Brussels Philharmonic will honour his work. More concert announcements will follow later this year.
The WSA Ceremony & Concert will be included in the WSA Industry Packages, for screen music industry professionals visiting the WSA Film Music Days in Ghent (8 > 10 October 2026).

VIDEODROOM Mary Lattimore x 'Old Joy'
During the WSA Film Music Days, on Thursday 8 October, acclaimed harpist Mary Lattimore will perform a new score for Kelly Reichardt's Old Joy, replacing the original soundtrack with her ethereal and meditative harp compositions. This concert is the opening of VIDEODROOM, the annual musical dream date between Film Fest Gent and art center VIERNULVIER.
This concert will be included in the WSA Industry Packages, for screen music industry professionals visiting the WSA Film Music Days in Ghent (8 > 10 October 2026).
Talks & Masterclasses
Tickets will be on sale from September onwards. The WSA Talks & Masterclasses are the ideal opportunity to be part of inspiring discussions and to meet colleagues in the field. For fans and film music enthusiasts, it's a chance to meet their favourite composers and to learn more about the craft of composing.
Access to the Talks & Masterclasses will be included in the WSA Industry Packages, for screen music industry professionals visiting the WSA Film Music Days in Ghent (8 > 10 October 2026), or can be attended with a professional or press accreditation (available from 1 August onwards via a MyFFG account).
UiTPAS
UITPAS Gent is a digital card for everyone who participates in all kinds of leisure activities in Ghent. You're able to save points which you exchange for a discount, gift or another advantage. You can also save points at Film Fest Gent, but this card does not offer a discount.
Residents of Ghent who are eligible for increased compensation or who are in debt mediation can purchase an UiTPAS with "kansentarief", a very favourable rate. This means that a ticket costs 80% of the standard price. You can book a ticket at this rate via tickets@filmfestival.be or purchase it at the ticket counters (with your UiTPAS number). You cannot buy the UiTPAS from us, but you can buy it at various sales points in Ghent. You can find all locations on uitin.gent.be.
