WSA Film Music Days 2022
The WSA Film Music Days 2022 will take place from 20 until 22 October. Join us for the 22nd World Soundtrack Awards Ceremony & Concert, a unique Korean Composers concert and an industry programme targeted towards both young and established international film (music) professionals.

22.10 | World Soundtrack Awards Ceremony & Concert 2022
On Saturday 22 October, the World Soundtrack Awards Ceremony & Concert welcomes three distinguished guests, whose music will be performed live by Brussels Philharmonic conducted by Maestro Dirk Brossé: Mark Isham, guest of honour and one of the most versatile American composers; French composer Bruno Coulais, this year's recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award; and Nainita Desai, the returning Discovery of the Year winner. Join us in Ghent for a celebration of the art of film music, discover who wins the Film Composer of the Year Award and more, and enjoy live music composed for screen.

20.10 | Film music concert - Korean Composers
For this year's film music concert we make a musical trip to South Korea (Film Fest Ghent's focus of its 49th edition). Brussels Philharmonic will perform scores by composers Cho Young-wuk (Oldboy, The Handmaiden), Jung Jae-il (Parasite, Squid Game) and Byeong Woo Lee (The Host, Mother).

20.10 - 22.10 | WSA Industry Programme 2022
Indulge in the world of film music with masterclasses, talks, seminars and more with our WSA Industry Programme. Yearly, composers, directors, producers, sound professionals, sound designers and students in the area of cinema and television gather to learn, network and scrutinize the current state of the industry. Ticket sales for the 2022 programme will start in August.
