You don't need to be familiar with David Crosby - leading man of The Byrds and a quarter of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young - to be intrigued by this documentary about the American guitarist-singer. Crosby reveals himself as a true storyteller, captivating the viewer with enlightening observations and a large dose of self-deprecating humour. His life has been a fascinating turmoil of events: drug addiction (that landed him in prison), involvement in the '60s rock scene of LA, a myriad of musical collaborations, and many tumultuous relationships (including one with singer-songwriter Joni Mitchell).
