After majoring in Piano Performance for her Bachelor’s studies at the University of Southern California, Rochelle decided to branch out into the music business industry. She started her journey in the Royalties department at MCA Music Publishing, now Universal Music Publishing. She quickly was introduced to the Music and Film/TV industry and took a job in the music department at PolyGram Filmed Entertainment. At PFE she worked in music licensing for all PFE films, oversaw music for their trailers and soon became Manager of Film Music. After PFE’s dismantle, Rochelle began her career as a Music Coordinator at Segue Music and eventually found herself working independently as a Music Supervisor. She’s worked on various Films and TV shows including 'Traffic', 'Ocean’s 11', 'Ocean’s Twelve', 'Joe Somebody', 'Bruce Almighty', 'Crossroads', 'Queer Eye For The Straight Girl (TV series)' and 'Dr. Dolittle 3'. In January 2006, Rochelle decided to transition into management when Marsh, Best & Associates appointed her as Head Of Music to run their new music department and represent talent for Film, Television & Visual media. This tenure lead her to the Cutting Edge & Air-Edel management team where she ran the Air-Edel US office.

After 10 years of studio and music supervision work and with 6 years managing music talent under her belt, Rochelle decided to start her own company Incite Management Inc. in 2011. At Incite she represents the company’s world renowned roster of composers, music editors and music supervisors, increasing the company’s profile across America and throughout the world.
